Kickoff time and official coverage

The Georgia Athletics preview confirms a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff on October 10. ABC will carry the U.S. television broadcast, with Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit, Holly Rowe and Laura Rutledge. Video streaming is listed on ESPN+.

For audio, the official information names 95.5 FM WSB and the Georgia Bulldog Sports Network, plus a stream at georgiadogs.com. SiriusXM coverage is listed on channels 986 and 82 and through its app. Live statistics will be available from Georgia’s website.

Access, subscriptions and territorial restrictions can vary. Viewers should confirm availability through the official services close to kickoff, especially if attempting to watch outside the United States.

The sporting context

Both teams enter unbeaten: Georgia and Alabama are 5–0 overall and 3–0 in SEC play. The preview lists the Bulldogs at No. 2 in both cited polls and the Crimson Tide at Nos. 6 and 7, respectively. ESPN College GameDay will also be in Tuscaloosa.

Georgia is averaging 51.4 points per game, while Alabama is scoring 49.6. The Bulldogs are allowing 13.4 points per game; the Crimson Tide is allowing 20.8. Those figures describe the teams before kickoff and should not be treated as a prediction.

The series began in 1895. Alabama holds a 45–27–4 overall advantage and a 9–2 record against Georgia in Tuscaloosa. On the Bulldogs’ previous visit in 2024, Alabama won 41–34 after leading 30–7 at halftime and holding off a Georgia comeback.

Venue and arrival reference

The official address is Saban Field at Bryant–Denny Stadium, 920 Bryant Dr., Tuscaloosa, AL 35487. The university directs visitors to UA Gameday for game-day traffic routes, parking information and shuttle details. Because operations may change, review the stadium’s Football A–Z Index before traveling.

All gates open two hours before kickoff. Guests should use the gate printed on their ticket, which the university identifies as the closest entrance to their seating area. Every person entering, including an infant, must have a ticket.

Bags, screening and essential rules

The official recommendation is to arrive without a bag. If one is needed, it must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches. A clear one-gallon freezer bag is another approved option. A clutch measuring no more than 4.5 by 6.5 inches may be carried together with one approved clear bag.

Medically necessary items may be admitted after inspection. Every guest and their possessions are subject to screening before entry. Outside food and beverages are prohibited except for approved medically necessary snacks; empty, non-glass bottles and cups are allowed.

The stadium is cashless. Laptop computers are prohibited, while tablets smaller than 12 by 12 by 6 inches are allowed and may have to be powered on during screening. Still cameras are permitted for personal use, but tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, detachable lenses, external microphones and video recording are prohibited.

Accessibility and safety

Accessible security checkpoints are available outside Gates 5, 15, 21, 28 and 40. Guests who require an alternative screening method may request one from security personnel. The university also identifies accessible seating in specific sections, subject to availability, and provides the ticket-office number 205-348-2262.

First-aid locations are on Level 1 near Section 113 and on the Level 8 concourse behind Section 857. Closed captions appear above the video boards in the northwest and southeast corners. Service animals assisting people with disabilities are welcome; other animals are prohibited unless an event specifically permits them.

Before leaving for the game

Reconfirm the kickoff and coverage through the official link, load the mobile ticket in advance and check its designated gate. Measure any bag before traveling. Review traffic, parking, shuttle and entry information again on game day, since operations and availability may change.

For viewers outside the United States, seek confirmation for the relevant territory. ABC, ESPN+, radio, SiriusXM and live stats are the options listed by Georgia Athletics, but that list does not establish international distribution.
