Simple safety tips that help a lot

  • Use your phone carefully on the street, especially on sidewalks, at traffic lights, bar doors and stopped app cars.
  • In a robbery, do not resist. Block phone/cards, file a police report and contact insurance.
  • Avoid street ATMs at night. Prefer malls, banks or busy places.
  • At the airport, use official counters, apps and services.
  • Keep digital copies of passport, travel insurance, hotel booking and flight ticket.
