Barcelona and Real Madrid play on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 4 p.m. in New York, at Spotify Camp Nou, in LaLiga Matchday 10. Barcelona’s international guide lists ESPN for the United States and Puerto Rico, but advises viewers to check local schedules before kickoff.
Barcelona vs Real Madrid kickoff time
The updated FC Barcelona page sets kickoff for 9 p.m. in Barcelona on Sunday, October 25. It gives 4 p.m. for New York and Montreal, 1 p.m. for Los Angeles and Vancouver, and 5 p.m. for Brasília. The guide specifically warns about Europe’s clock change that weekend.
An earlier club announcement recorded 9 p.m. CEST. To avoid the discrepancy created by the end of European daylight saving time, this guide follows the more recent listing: 9 p.m. CET in Barcelona, 4 p.m. ET in New York and 1 p.m. PT in Los Angeles—the same instant.
Venue and competition
LaLiga’s match page confirms Spotify Camp Nou as the venue, with Barcelona listed first as the home team. The match is part of the 2026/27 season’s tenth round.
On the morning this article was published, the page still showed the fixture as scheduled and contained no match events. There is consequently no score to report in this pregame guide.
How to watch in the United States
Barcelona’s international guide lists ESPN for the United States and Puerto Rico. The club cautions that its list identifies broadcasters holding rights for the season but does not guarantee that each one will show this specific match. It also notes that rights may be transferred.
Viewers should therefore check ESPN’s local schedule before subscribing or opening a stream. The sources reviewed do not specify a subscription tier, price or free-access option, so none should be assumed.
Coverage in Brazil, Spain and France
For Brazil, the Barcelona guide lists ESPN, Disney and CazéTV, with kickoff at 5 p.m. Brasília time. For France, it lists DAZN and Disney+, with kickoff at 9 p.m. local time.
For Spain, Barcelona’s guide lists Movistar and DAZN. The official Real Madrid preview names Orange TV and DAZN. Because the two official pages do not provide identical lists, viewers in Spain should confirm the local schedule directly. Availability in one country does not establish access in another.
Club coverage options
Barcelona also announces minute-by-minute coverage through its website and official app, as well as content on Barça Play, YouTube and the club’s social channels. These are editorial coverage options and should not be mistaken for a full live match broadcast.
The official page recommends checking local listings. That step is particularly important this Sunday because of Europe’s clock change and the possibility of changes in rights distribution.
Context for the season’s first Clásico
LaLiga presents this as the first Clásico of the 2026/27 season. Real Madrid’s preview says the club entered the fixture after four consecutive October wins, while Barcelona had won its first nine league matches. Those facts provide context but do not predict lineups or the result.
