NCT WISH at USJ: tickets, access and refunds

NCT WISH will perform at Universal Studios Japan (USJ) on December 5, 2026. To attend, fans must buy the specific ¥12,900 ticket, which already includes a one-day park pass. There is no concert-only option—even annual-pass holders cannot attend the show without purchasing the bundle.

Announced date, venue and times

The performance is part of “Winter Special Live at UNIVERSAL STUDIOS JAPAN” and will take place in a special venue at Gramercy Park inside USJ. Doors are announced for 9:45 a.m., with the show starting at 11 a.m. These times may change.

The ticket costs ¥12,900 for adults and children alike and includes a 1-Day Studio Pass. Each application may cover up to four tickets. Children aged 3 or younger cannot enter; everyone aged 4 or older needs the bundle that includes park admission.

The bundle is mandatory even for annual-pass holders

The price combines two inseparable elements: show admission and a one-day park pass. Organisers say no concert-only ticket will be sold. USJ annual-pass holders must also purchase the live ticket with park admission, and the bundle cannot be upgraded to another ticket type.

In practical terms, do not expect a discount because you already hold park admission. A standard USJ ticket should not be treated as permission to attend the show either: the concert requires its own bundle.

Fan club, presale and identification

The announced presale is for NCTzen WISH-JAPAN members. Applications run from noon on September 25 until 11:59 p.m. on October 12 through the fan-club website. Tickets are allocated by lottery, with results expected around 3 p.m. on October 15. New members who complete registration within the application period may also apply.

The lead applicant must be a member for this presale, but companions do not need membership. The lead applicant’s name will appear on the ticket, and organisers may check their identity at entry. If their identity cannot be confirmed, admission may be refused to both the purchaser and companions. A useful precaution is to enter details exactly as they appear on the document you will carry and monitor the registered email address.

Standing area, blocks and entry number

The venue will be entirely standing, divided into assigned blocks and using numbered entry order. Fans cannot choose their exact viewing position. Admission proceeds first by block and then according to the allocated number.

Anyone arriving after 9:45 a.m. may be directed to the back of the line regardless of the printed number. Pushchairs are not allowed inside the live area, and umbrellas must be closed before the performance begins. Photography, filming and audio recording during the show are prohibited.

The announcement permits wheelchair access and viewing but requires an advance request, after obtaining a ticket, directly through the contact listed in the notice. Because the procedure may change, confirm the official instructions before arranging the visit.

Rain, cancellation and partial refund

The performance is scheduled to proceed in rain but may be cancelled in severe weather. Weather may also cause schedule changes or alterations to part of the experience.

If the show is cancelled, the whole bundle will not be refunded: the announced refund is ¥2,500, representing the concert portion. Lawson Ticket is expected to email instructions approximately one week after the performance date. This means the park-pass portion is not covered by the announced refund.

Outside that situation, the notice states that refunds, changes and reissues for lost or forgotten tickets are unavailable. Transfers are also prohibited if the purchaser cannot attend. Store the ticket carefully and reread the conditions before completing the order.

What to check before visiting

Review the park hours, performance times, prohibited-item rules and any message from the ticketing provider. Carry identification matching the lead purchaser’s name and plan to arrive before the venue opens, because lateness affects entry position.
