Super Bowl 2027: game tickets, Studio 61 and halftime differ

Anyone who wants to watch Super Bowl LXI inside SoFi Stadium needs to buy an option that includes a seat for the game. Studio 61 is a separate music event held before the game and included only in the packages that say so. The halftime show takes place during the game: it is neither another name for Studio 61 nor a separate benefit that can be assumed to come with every package.

That distinction matters especially to K-pop fans. The official sources reviewed do not announce a K-pop act—or any performer—for the Super Bowl LXI halftime show. They also do not yet name the Studio 61 artists. Rumors, therefore, do not change what the buyer is contractually receiving.

The ticket that gets you into the game

Super Bowl LXI is scheduled for February 14, 2027, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The NFL confirms Los Angeles as the host and SoFi Stadium as the venue. It will be the stadium’s second Super Bowl after Super Bowl LVI in 2022.

The NFL says packages offered by On Location, its official hospitality provider, provide a guaranteed seat location and combine premium tickets with different services or experiences. In practical terms, admission to the stadium should be identified in the gameday package; hospitality and additional entertainment do not replace the seat.

Before paying, check the official page for the selected package’s inclusions, the promised seat location or category, and the current purchase terms. The ticket page cited in the assignment was not among the pages successfully reviewed for this article, so this report makes no claim about price, inventory, cancellation or refund rules.

Hospitality is not a second ticket

Hospitality is a layer of services added to the ticket, and its format varies. In the official package announcement, the NFL describes options with pregame parties, food and drinks, appearances by former players and, in selected categories, access to areas or experiences inside the stadium.

There are meaningful differences. Playmakers Club Elite and Club 67 offer all-inclusive hospitality on the club level, with direct access to seats before and during the game. Champions Club Premier combines an outdoor pregame reception with club-level hospitality during the game. The highest Playmakers Club tier also mentions a pregame on-field experience.

These examples should not be treated as a universal list. Buyers need to check the exact product name and the written inclusions at checkout, because a benefit belonging to one category cannot be carried over to another.

Studio 61 takes place before the Super Bowl

Studio 61 is the NFL and On Location’s official music series for Super Bowl weekend. In 2027, it is scheduled for February 12 and 13, Friday and Saturday, at the Hollywood Palladium. The game is on Sunday, February 14, at a different venue.

According to the official experiences page, Studio 61 will feature live performances, celebrity appearances and hospitality. The listed general inclusions are food and beverages and access to a standing-room music experience. Higher tiers may add private spaces, dedicated bars, an upgraded food and beverage selection and private entry for selected guests.

Instructions for choosing between the two nights will be sent after the artists are announced, and the selection will depend on order priority and availability. The NFL said the names would be revealed in the fall, but the sources reviewed list no performers. Buying on the assumption of a particular night or artist is therefore unsafe.

Which packages include Studio 61

In the NFL’s published description, Studio 61 access is expressly included in three packages: Playmakers Club Elite, Club 67 and Champions Club Premier. That does not establish that every On Location offer includes it.

“Studio 61 access” must also be separated from “freedom to choose either night.” The official page makes the February 12 or 13 selection subject to priority and availability after the lineup is released. If this benefit drives your purchase, save the contractual description and confirm through the official channel which night and access level are actually attached to the order.

The halftime show is a different performance

The halftime show takes place inside the stadium during the game’s intermission. For a person holding a valid game ticket, it is part of the sporting event; it is not the same concert advertised as Studio 61 at the Hollywood Palladium.

The official halftime show page available in the reviewed material is still devoted to Super Bowl LX and Bad Bunny, held in February 2026. It identifies the NFL, Apple Music and Roc Nation in connection with that edition’s announcement but does not present the Super Bowl LXI performer.

The reviewed sources therefore provide no basis for claiming that BTS, another K-pop group or any other act will perform at halftime in 2027. A page about a previous edition does not confirm the next one. If an artist determines your purchase, the prudent approach is to wait for an explicit announcement from the organizers and then recheck the official inclusions.

Checklist before completing the purchase

Compare four details on the same sales page: inclusion of a game ticket, the seat category or location, the hospitality benefits and an explicit reference to Studio 61. Then verify the assigned music-event night and read the current payment, change and cancellation terms.

The key point is straightforward: a Super Bowl seat, hospitality, Studio 61 and the halftime show are different components. Treat only what is written in the selected official package as guaranteed; expectations created by rumors are not contractual benefits.
