La Oreja de Van Gogh in Barcelona: concert access guide

Doors open at 7 p.m.; check your ticket, minor authorization and assistance arrangements before heading to Palau Sant Jordi.

Ticket holders attending La Oreja de Van Gogh on Saturday, November 7, 2026, should use these Barcelona times: doors open at 7 p.m., Veintiuno performs at 7:55 p.m. and La Oreja de Van Gogh starts at 9 p.m., all in local CET (UTC+1). The official event page also lists Express Pack access at 6:30 p.m. through Gate 4 and Pre-Party access at 7 p.m. through Llotja. Tickets for this date are listed as sold out.

Before leaving, check the name displayed on the ticket, the conditions sent with the purchase and the gate shown on it. Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and carry the required authorization. Anyone needing special assistance should request it from the venue, while questions about a particular object should be addressed directly to Palau Sant Jordi.

Confirmed schedule for November 7

The official Palau Sant Jordi event page gives the following access schedule for the November 6 and 7 concerts:

  • 6:30 p.m.: Express Pack, entering through Gate 4;
  • 7 p.m.: Pre-Party, entering through Llotja;
  • 7 p.m.: general doors;
  • 7:55 p.m.: Veintiuno;
  • 9 p.m.: La Oreja de Van Gogh.

These times do not mean that every ticket holder can use the special entrances. Express Pack and Pre-Party apply to the packages identified by the organizer; all other visitors should follow the access information printed or displayed on their own ticket.

The official Barcelona agenda confirms the 9 p.m. concert at Palau Sant Jordi, Passeig Olímpic, 5-7, Barcelona, and says the November 6 and 7 dates are sold out. As operating conditions and schedules may change, check the official event page once more before travelling.

Named tickets: check your purchase conditions

The event pages reviewed do not say that every ticket for tonight is named, nor do they publish a blanket requirement for photo identification. It would therefore be inaccurate to claim that the same condition applies to every admission.

As a general venue rule, the official Palau Sant Jordi FAQ explains that a named ticket is non-transferable and linked to the person attending the concert. If your ticket displays a name, or the purchase confirmation contains identification or group-entry instructions, follow those conditions exactly and bring the document requested by the seller.

Do not post a picture of the ticket. The venue specifically warns against exposing its barcode, which could be copied. Each code can be validated only once at access control. It is also sensible to keep the file readily available on your phone and check that the screen can display it clearly.

Visitors under 16 need authorization

The concert-specific rule says that visitors under 16 must enter with a responsible adult and carry authorization from a parent or legal guardian. The form is linked from the official event page.

The venue FAQ adds that every attendee, including a child, needs a ticket. If the authorization has not been prepared, an assistance point at the entrance can help complete the procedure before admission. Arriving with the form already completed should nevertheless reduce delays.

For a problem on the day, visitors should go to the event assistance point. The option to complete the process there does not remove the adult-accompaniment requirement or guarantee that incomplete documentation will be accepted without checks.

Reduced mobility and special assistance

Anyone needing special assistance should complete the form provided by Palau Sant Jordi. Under the venue’s general rules, a reduced-mobility space permits one companion. Visitors who need assistance inside can ask staff upon arrival; the Palau notes that distances within the complex are considerable.

Parking spaces reserved for vehicles with an authorized reduced-mobility badge are on Avenida del Estadio, coordinates 41.366145, 2.153964, and Paseo Olímpico, coordinates 41.361934, 2.153775. Properly accredited guide dogs may accompany their owners. Lifts are operated by staff and reserved for people with reduced mobility.

A person who bought a standard ticket and subsequently began using crutches should contact the venue before attending. Do not assume that relocation will be automatic: the official advice is to request help directly from the Palau.

Bags, drinks, food and uncertain items

The Palau’s prohibited-items list is not exhaustive. If you are unsure about a power bank, piece of equipment, container or another specific object, contact the venue before leaving rather than treating its absence from the list as permission.

Under the published general rules, cans and bottles or containers larger than 500 ml cannot enter. Caps are removed from smaller plastic bottles at security. Sandwiches, snacks and biscuits are allowed, but rigid food containers and cutlery are not. Medication must remain in its original packaging and be accompanied by the prescription; insulin must be kept in its case, with a medical certificate confirming the need for it.

The venue also lists a cloakroom service at €2 per item. These are general rules and may be subject to event-specific operational changes, so confirm any unusual requirement directly with the Palau.

Final checklist before heading to the Palau

Have the ticket ready, protect its barcode and reread the purchase instructions. Check the entrance or package shown, bring minor authorization where applicable and keep any seller-requested identification accessible. Contact Palau Sant Jordi through its official channels about special assistance or questionable objects.

The concert is part of the Tantas cosas que contar tour, associated with the group’s reunion with Amaia Montero. For tonight’s admission, the key is to distinguish the event’s published schedule from the venue’s general rules—and to make one final official check before departure.
