LE SSERAFIM in Osaka: concert, VIP and hi-touch are separate

Admission to LE SSERAFIM’s concert, the VIP upgrade with soundcheck and the post-show hi-touch are three different routes. The key point for international fans is this: you do not need a concert ticket to enter or attend the hi-touch. Buying an ordinary album is not enough, however—the entry depends on selecting an edition specifically marked as eligible at the designated stores.

The “PUREFLOW” tour concerts are scheduled for December 19 and 20, 2026, at Kyocera Dome Osaka. Because times, rules and procedures may change, check the official notices again before purchasing or travelling.

1. Standard ticket: admission to the concert

A reserved-seat ticket provides access to the performance; it does not automatically include the soundcheck or hi-touch. According to the official Osaka concert announcement, doors open at 3 p.m. and the show begins at 5 p.m. on December 19. On December 20, doors open at 2 p.m. and the performance starts at 4 p.m. All times are JST.

A reserved seat costs ¥16,500, excluding ticketing fees. Anyone aged three or older needs a ticket, while children under three cannot enter. The announcement also states that tickets obtained through the cited sale must be issued on paper in Japan at eligible Lawson or Ministop stores.

The Japanese advance sale described in the source was exclusive to FEARNOT Membership (JP). GLOBAL or US memberships alone were not valid for that route. Fans in those categories should consult the dedicated notice in the Weverse community, because the conditions of one sale should not be applied to another.

2. VIP: a later upgrade with soundcheck

VIP is not a standalone ticket. First, the buyer must win and pay for a reserved seat through an eligible sale; the holder can then enter the upgrade raffle for the same performance and the same number of seats. It is not possible to upgrade only part of a booking.

The published total is ¥27,500: ¥16,500 for the seat plus ¥11,000 for the upgrade. Benefits include a guaranteed place in the arena area and access to the pre-concert soundcheck. Both the applicant and companions must hold the membership required by the upgrade process. No general VIP sale is planned.

Soundcheck admission was expected to begin about one hour before doors open, although detailed timing was to be announced later. Once admitted, participants cannot leave the venue until the concert ends. VIP admission also involves an identity check for everyone included in the booking.

3. Hi-touch: a raffle tied to the album

The dedicated hi-touch announcement describes a post-show event with all members after each concert. It is expected to begin about 45 minutes after the performance ends, subject to conditions on the day. Reception time, meeting point and other instructions will be sent only to winners.

This raffle is separate from concert ticketing: someone without a concert ticket may enter and, if selected, attend. It should also not be confused with other membership events mentioned in the announcements.

There are two purchase windows: September 17 at 1 p.m. to September 29 at 10:59 a.m., with results expected around 6 p.m. on October 6; and September 29 at 11 a.m. to October 9 at 10:59 a.m., with results expected around 6 p.m. on October 19. Times are in Japan.

4. Which purchase actually enters the raffle

Eligible editions are CHEMICAL NIGHT; the five COMPACT versions—SILVER GLITCH, PINK OVERLAY, GREEN MERGE, BLUE LINK and RED SYNC; and the two Glow Clicker Keychain versions, Mint and Pink. Crucially, buyers must select the product labelled “Kyocera Dome Osaka performance hi-touch event application product” from LE SSERAFIM Weverse Shop, among Weverse Japan domestic-shipping items, or from Universal Music Store. A standard listing of the same release does not enter this raffle.

The general “Made My Night” notice on Weverse Shop confirms that global pre-orders began on August 28 and the release arrived on September 11, but that general offer and its benefits do not replace the dedicated hi-touch application product. Check the store, region and product label before paying.

Completing payment for an eligible purchase creates an automatic entry; there is no additional application form. Each CD counts as one entry, and sets generate entries according to the number of discs. More purchases produce more entries, not a guaranteed win: the organiser says the odds are unrelated to purchase order.

5. Name, result and documents

The order must use the name of the person who will attend, matching an identification document accepted by the organiser. The name cannot be changed after the order, and the prize or participation right cannot be transferred to a relative or friend.

Results are sent by email through the chord system and can also be checked on enchord using the email address and phone number registered with the purchase. At the event, the winner must present a passchord electronic ticket—issued at approximately 5 p.m. on the previous day—and an original, valid photo ID from the organiser’s specified list. Each passchord requires a compatible smartphone or tablet.

The concert and VIP process have their own membership and identification requirements. Do not assume that a document accepted for one process will automatically be sufficient for another; check the lists in the respective official notices.

6. Checklist before making a decision

Choose your objective first. To watch the concert, find the ticket route appropriate to your membership. For soundcheck, confirm that your purchased seat is eligible for the VIP upgrade. For hi-touch, select your preferred date and the correct application product, complete payment within the applicable window, and keep your email, phone number and name consistent.

Do not build a trip solely around a possible win. Dates, members, times and event content may change; hi-touch participation is personal, depends on the raffle and requires arrival at the time communicated to the winner. Recheck the official LE SSERAFIM website before each step.
