The short answer is that a minor may attend a K-pop concert only when they meet the conditions set for the performance, venue and selected section. There is no single UK rule that can be used to generalize admission by age. Before buying, check three points on the official event page: minimum age, whether an adult chaperone is required and whether the minor may use the floor or another standing area.

Start with the show page
Begin with the page for that specific performance on the venue’s website or the authorized ticket seller. Look for phrases such as “age restrictions,” “under 14,” “under 16,” “standing floor,” “pitch” and “must be accompanied.” Also read the information displayed while selecting a section and the terms linked to the ticket.
This check must be repeated for every date. Ticketmaster UK tells customers to review the restrictions for their chosen venue and, for one tour, lists different conditions by city and section. That illustrates why a rule found for one British performance should not automatically be applied to another concert, country or venue.
Save the page and the booking confirmation. If the wording does not clarify whether age is measured on the concert date, who qualifies as a chaperone or how many minors one adult may supervise, ask an official channel for confirmation before paying.

Minimum age and chaperone rules are separate
“Minors allowed” does not necessarily mean “unaccompanied admission.” First identify the youngest age admitted. Then check the age up to which an adult is mandatory and how old that adult must be.
Rules may also set a ratio between adults and minors. In examples published by Ticketmaster for a specific tour, some venues required one adult for each limited group of teenagers, while others used different age bands and requirements. Those examples belong to those events: they demonstrate variation but do not establish a general rule for K-pop concerts.
Also confirm whether the chaperone and minor need tickets in the same section. Do not assume that an adult with a seated ticket can supervise a teenager holding a floor ticket. If the event page requires a form, parental authorization or identification, verify the procedure and deadline directly with that source.

The floor may have a different limit from seated sections
The chosen section is decisive. As a general rule subject to each event’s conditions, OVO Arena Wembley says that children aged 14 or younger must be accompanied by an adult and that children under 14 may not enter the standing floor during an event. The venue also notes that the event page, booking process or ticket terms may state specific conditions.
A minor admitted to the arena may therefore still be barred from the floor. Compare the “standing” and “seated” rules explicitly. Terms such as “floor,” “pitch,” “general admission” or “standing” may identify unseated areas, but labels vary; rely on the official map and description for that ticket.
Add-on packages do not replace this check. At OVO Arena Wembley, lounge access provides early entry to the lounge only and does not provide access to the standing floor or seats before the main auditorium doors open.
Venue, event and seller information must align
Check three layers. On the event page, find the restriction for that date. In the venue policy, locate the general rules for minors and floor access. With the authorized seller, confirm the section, age category and terms shown at checkout.
The AO Arena Manchester planning page directs customers to its event calendar and says tickets should be purchased from authorized agents such as its official partner Ticketmaster. It also warns that timing information can change. Although the page reviewed does not specify a general age rule, it shows where validation should begin; it is not a basis for assuming a minimum age.
If pages appear to conflict, do not choose the more permissive condition. Keep the links and ask the venue or ticket outlet which rule applies to the intended ticket and section.
Checklist before completing the purchase
Write down the official venue name, date and section. Confirm the minor’s age on the performance date, the minimum age for that section, whether a chaperone is required, the chaperone’s minimum age and any adult-to-minor ratio. Check whether everyone must remain in the same section and whether identification or authorization must be presented.
Read the conditions again shortly before travelling because venue policies and event information may change. Always consult the performance’s official link: help centres and FAQs provide guidance, but a show-specific condition can modify the venue’s general rule.
For events outside the UK, repeat the full process using local official sources. The British conditions cited here do not determine the policies of venues, promoters or sellers in other countries.
