Pensión Bienestar: November schedule by surname

Find the November–December 2026 deposit date and the official contact to use if the payment does not appear.

The Pensión para el Bienestar de las Personas Adultas Mayores will be deposited between November 3 and 27, 2026, according to the initial of the beneficiary’s first surname. Older adults will receive 6,400 Mexican pesos for the November–December two-month period. The money goes directly to the Tarjeta Bienestar and does not have to be withdrawn on the scheduled day.

This guide concerns Mexican federal programs only. It is intended for English-speaking beneficiaries in Mexico and relatives helping them.

Schedule by first surname

The official Programas para el Bienestar schedule uses the first letter of the first surname, not the given name. Where a letter has two dates, the announcement provides no further division among beneficiaries.

| First-surname initial | Date in November 2026 |

|---|---|

| A | Tuesday, November 3 |

| B | Wednesday, November 4 |

| C | Thursday, November 5, and Friday, November 6 |

| D, E, F | Monday, November 9 |

| G | Tuesday, November 10, and Wednesday, November 11 |

| H, I, J, K | Thursday, November 12 |

| L | Friday, November 13 |

| M | Tuesday, November 17, and Wednesday, November 18 |

| N, Ñ, O | Thursday, November 19 |

| P, Q | Friday, November 20 |

| R | Monday, November 23, and Tuesday, November 24 |

| S | Wednesday, November 25 |

| T, U, V | Thursday, November 26 |

| W, X, Y, Z | Friday, November 27 |

For example, a person whose first surname begins with R should look for the credit on November 23 or 24. The official sources do not provide an individual deposit time.

Payment amounts

The Secretaría de Bienestar announcement lists these amounts in Mexican pesos:

  • Pensión para el Bienestar de las Personas Adultas Mayores: 6,400 pesos per two-month period;
  • Pensión Mujeres Bienestar: 3,100 pesos per two-month period;
  • Pensión para Personas con Discapacidad: 3,300 pesos per two-month period;
  • Programa para Madres Trabajadoras: 1,650 pesos;
  • Sembrando Vida: 6,450 pesos per month, with the deposit announced for November 11.

The surname-based schedule covers the pensions and programs named in the announcement. Sembrando Vida has the specific date stated above.

Before going to a branch

First, confirm that the date for the first-surname initial has arrived. If the letter has two dates, wait until that window ends before treating the credit as missing. The government has not announced an exact deposit time for each person.

There is no need to withdraw the money that same day. According to the announcement, funds remain available on the Tarjeta Bienestar and can be used later. Beneficiaries can therefore avoid visiting a branch solely to withdraw the full amount on the calendar date.

The sources supplied for this article do not explain a remote balance-check procedure. This guide therefore does not claim that an app, telephone number or website offers a function that the reviewed documents do not confirm. Before using a contact found in a search result or message, verify the guidance through the Mexican government’s official channels. Availability for calls originating outside Mexico is not confirmed.

If the deposit does not appear

Once the date or two-day window for the relevant letter has ended, distinguish between these issues:

1. Program question or missing payment: contact the Secretaría de Bienestar at 800 63 94 264, also presented as the Línea de Bienestar. It covers the older-adult, disability and Mujeres Bienestar pensions, as well as Sembrando Vida and Programa para Madres Trabajadoras.

2. Lost card: report it immediately to Banco del Bienestar at 800 900 2000. The FAQ advises having the CURP, identification and something on which to record the case number. The beneficiary must then contact the agency responsible for the program to request a replacement.

Do not disclose a PIN or card details to purported intermediaries. The official FAQ states that program procedures and support delivery are free and do not require agents.

What the 2026 rules establish

The operating rules published in the Diario Oficial require support to be delivered directly to beneficiaries, without intermediaries and preferably through a banking instrument. However, the official passage available for this report does not specify a reissue deadline or guarantee an individual date for correcting a rejected deposit.

A missing credit should therefore not automatically be interpreted as cancellation, a bank failure or removal from the program. The safe course is to register the case with the Secretaría de Bienestar after the applicable date and follow the case-specific instructions provided. Because schedules and contacts may change, check the official announcement before traveling.
