Teleton 2026: official Pix details and matching rules

Direct Pix and b.ia are different routes

The official Teleton website lists two Pix identifiers: the email address doeteleton@aacd.org.br and the phone number 11 91221-1000. Both also appear on AACD’s dedicated 2026 campaign page.

These identifiers allow a direct contribution. They should not, however, be confused with Bradesco’s matching route. AACD says matching applies to donations made through WhatsApp with b.ia, the bank’s artificial intelligence service, at (11) 3335-0237.

The distinction matters: simply sending Pix to one of the direct identifiers does not, under the published conditions, automatically qualify for matching. Donors seeking the additional contribution should begin with the official b.ia number and follow the instructions displayed there.

How the matching donation works

Bradesco says it will contribute the same amount as donations completed through the b.ia route. The initiative has an overall cap of R$700,000 and runs until November 7, 2026, according to information published by AACD and SBT.

This does not mean unlimited matching or guarantee that every Pix sent through any channel will be doubled. The announced ceiling applies to the initiative as a whole. Because deadlines, availability and conditions may change, check the official page immediately before donating and read the information displayed in the b.ia flow before authorizing payment.

Donations can also be made through iFood during checkout, on the order-tracking screen or through AACD’s profile. The consulted sources do not connect this option to Bradesco’s matching offer, so donors should not assume that an in-app contribution will be doubled.

What to check before confirming Pix

Type the identifier or number shown on the official website yourself. Avoid copying payment details from comments, forwarded messages or unverified accounts. For b.ia, verify that the conversation was started with (11) 3335-0237.

Once the banking app finds the Pix identifier, pause at the confirmation screen. Review the recipient’s name and other details, and continue only if they consistently identify AACD. If an unexpected person, company or institution appears, cancel the transaction. Do not try to “fix” a discrepancy by following instructions from a stranger.

Check the amount as well, retain the receipt and return to the official website if the app displays different information. This precaution is particularly useful because different phone numbers may serve different purposes within the same institution.

Why other AACD phone numbers appear online

AACD’s institutional FAQ gives (11) 5576-0777 as its general contact number for assistance, appointments and questions. It serves a different purpose from the identifiers announced for Teleton 2026.

For this campaign, the more specific and current reference is the edition’s page: (11) 91221-1000 for direct Pix and (11) 3335-0237 for the b.ia route. The presence of another number in the FAQ does not mean that it is fraudulent; it only means that the campaign information reviewed here does not present it as a Teleton 2026 donation route.

Keeping these functions separate prevents two mistakes: treating every AACD number as a campaign Pix identifier, or considering an institutional contact suspicious simply because it has another purpose.

If Pix was sent to a suspicious recipient

Contact your bank immediately through an official route: its app, a phone number or website supplied by the bank itself, or a branch. Brazil’s Ministry of Justice and Public Security says the financial institution will take the appropriate measures, but recovery of the money is not guaranteed.

Its second recommended step is to file a police report, either in person with the Civil Police or through the virtual police station for the state where the victim lives. Preserve the suspicious number, date and time of contact, messages, screenshots, call records, amount and transfer details. Do not delete the conversation before saving this evidence.

Campaign dates and purpose

The 29th AACD Teleton Campaign takes place on November 6 and 7, 2026. SBT’s broadcast begins on November 6 at 10:30 p.m. Brasília time and continues until the end of Saturday. The announced target is R$30 million, which AACD equates to 230,000 treatments through Brazil’s public health system, as well as investment in infrastructure, professionals and technology for people with physical disabilities and reduced mobility.

The sources do not confirm whether foreign bank accounts, cards or phone numbers can use these Brazilian payment routes. International readers should therefore avoid assuming cross-border availability and verify the conditions directly on the official pages.
